Course work

The Secondary Education Credential Program is a one-year course of study that begins in the fall semester.

Fall semester begins in the middle of August with a week-long intensive, where we create and foster community within our cohorts and complete our capstone course Multicultural Issues in Education. The remaining courses are offered in the regular semester schedule.

Coursework in the Fall semester prepares student teachers for full-time fieldwork and student teaching in the Spring semester.
